Why We Don’t Have a Showroom Traditional dealers
Lease large retail lots, Maintain inventory on-site, Add heavy markups to cover overhead. We operate differently. Homes are manufactured and shipped directly to your land.

Can I Inspect Before Paying?
Yes. Your home is delivered to your property for inspection. Final balance is paid after you confirm the home matches your order specifications.
